Our home clinic is centrally located in West Ft Collins near the intersection of Shields and W Drake Rd. We are a five minute drive to Colorado State University campus and ten minutes to Old Town Fort Collins.
From Old Town: Take College Ave south to Drake Rd, Take a Right on Drake Rd. Take a Left on Canterbury Dr. Open Mind Holistics is located on the corner of Canterbury Dr. and Glen Haven Dr. From I-25: Take exit 265 for Harmony Rd and go West on Harmony Rd. Take a Right onto Ziegler Rd. At the traffic circle, continue straight to stay on Ziegler Rd . Continue onto E Drake Rd. After 4 miles, turn Left onto Canterbury Dr. Open Mind Holistics is located on the corner of Canterbury Dr. and Glen Haven Dr. |
